European Weightlifting Championship among young boys and girls U15-17, held in Milan, Italy, on July 22-29, is about to end. In the tournament, which are attended by 388 athletes from about 40 countries (169 girls and 219 boys), the members of Azerbaijan National team get on the platform.
Today, last member of National team among girls-Fidan Huseynzadeh tested her power among U-17 girls, in 69kg weight category.
Our athlete took the 6th place with 70kg result in snatch and 9th place with 80kg result in clean and jerk. Huseynzadeh was 8th with a total of 150kg (70+80) result in the final rankings of this weight category.
