On October 20-27, the EWF Junior&23 Weightlifting Championships continues in Zamosc-Pol. Members of the Azerbaijan Weightlifting team also participate in the tournament where attended a total of 383 participants from 35 nations.
One more of them – Pasha Ibrahimli competed in the men’s 69kg bodyweight category in U-23.
He grabbed silver in clean and jerk with 165kg, managing 136kg in snatch and 301 kg (136+165) in total taking the 4th place in both movements.
