Elvin Abdullayev competed in Thailand!

The 7^th World Youth Championship in Bangkok, Thailand, continues. Azerbaijan team  will also compete for medals in this championship, which will be attended by  445 athletes (197 girls and 248 boys) from about a hundred countries. Today, our athlete-Elvin Abdullayev got on the platform.

In C group, He competed in 62 kg weight category. Elvin Abdullayev  took the 5^th  place in snatch with 100 kg result. In clean and jerk, Abdullayev took the 2^nd  place with 124 kg result. Showing total 224 kg (100+124) result, he took 4^th  place in C group.

The places taken in overall rankings by athletes in 62 kg weight category, will be known after the competitions in A and B groups have finished.
