Kenan Khalilov competed in World Championship!

Junior World Weightlifting Championship, among 43rd men and 23rd women, will be held in Tokyo, in Japan, on June 15-23. 306 athletes (125 women and 181 men) from about 100 countries, will get on the platform. The members of Azerbaijan National team are among the participants.
Firstly, Kenan Khalilov competed in 62 kg weight category, in B group. Kenan took the 2nd place with 120 kg in snatch and took 7th place with 130 kg, in clean and jerk. Showing total 250 kg (120+130) result, our athlete took the 4th place, in B group.
The place taken in overall rankings by athlete in B group, will be known after the competitions in A group have finished.
