Tarmenkhan Babayev earned the bronze of European Championship!

On December 7-14, European Weightlifting Youth Championship U-15-17 is proceeding in Eilat, Israel. Approximately 498 athletes (228 girls and 270 boys) from 37 states participate in the competitions. The members of national team are also amid them.

In 96kg weight category of U-17 athletes, Tarmenkhan Babayev and Ali Shukurlu tested their powers.

Ali Shukurlu clinched the 6^th with 306kg (140+166) in the final rankings.

Tarmenkhan Babayev was the 4^th with 145kg result in snatch. Our athlete competed well in clean and jerk and was bronze medalist of European Championship with 181kg in this approach.

In final, Babayev became the 4^th with 326kg (145+181) result.
